My name is Jessica. I am a certified vinyasa yoga teacher, holistic health coach and a researcher, with a PhD in psychology.

My yoga journey started back in 2011 when I was a Psychology student. I randomly walked into a Vinyasa yoga class on campus. I had done yoga before, but this was the first time it felt like the practice was truly mine. The stress of studying long hours, little sleep, and working on weekends had left me in a state of overwhelm. Yoga, and what I now understand as a holistic practice of breath, movement and mindfulness/meditation, softly, but surely brought me back to a state of balance and alignment. Up to today, the practice keeps having that magical effect for me. I hope I can share that gift with you too!

My mission

My mission is to make the tools of yoga and holistic health practices accessible to everyone who feels the need to return to their center and reconnect to their inner power source.

As a scientist, I am also keen to share my evolving learnings about the evidence basis of these practices with you.

Who is this for?

This is for you if you…

  • often feel overwhelmed and exhausted

  • want to be more present

  • want to learn more about yoga and holistic health - both from a traditional and a scientific perspective

  • want to connect with a community of like-minded people

If one or more of these points resonate with you, you are in the right place. I am looking forward to getting to know you!
